Dispute between the plaintiff, successor to the interests of Ira Gershwin, and the successors to the interests of George Gershwin over the appropriate allocation of royalties in connection with the licensing of a ballet celebrating the Gershwins, staged in June 2008 at the Royal Albert Hall in London by the English National Ballet entitled "Strictly Gershwin."
